- Manage new and existing suppliers.
- Working with suppliers/factory on a daily basis.
- Ensure compliance with company standards.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including design, production, and quality control.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a footwear institute like FDDI.
- 2-4 years of experience in supplier management in the footwear industry.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, negotiation tactics, and quality control principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Based out of Delhi NCR and willing to travel to Bahadurgarh every day.
